Cheery Cherry Apron

I recently finished this Apron. I loved the retro cherry print & bought coordinating prints.
I appliqued& embroidered a matching, larger motif from the fabric on the yoke and then quilted around it. It was a fun project. I put it in the shop and Veronica's Mom bought it the next day. She's my best customer!

Last Vintage Gathering of the Season...

Fall was very much in evidence on Saturday. All the booths had fun fall and Halloween themed items. The event got a bit soggy on Saturday, but spirits remained high and intrepid shoppers
still came. These first 3 pictures are of Matt and Veronica's "Olive Kat" booth. By the way,
HAPPY ANNIVERSARY Matt and Veronica!

I took several pics of other vendor's booths. Everyone had so many beautiful and unique things. I hope I give credit to the right people for these pictures. If not, please forgive me.

Pat's floral quilt was really beautiful. The workmanship, as always was flawless. Darlene's quilting was masterful! She is amazing! We had so much fun at her home. Regretfully, the batteries died in both of our cameras before we could get pictures of everyone's projects so we will catch up with those pics next month!

It's a Little Late, but....

I finally finished this little flag quilt. I loved the calico look to it. Roberta Peterson did the machine quilting. She always does a fantastic job. I didn't quite get it done in time for the 4th of July but I'm way early for next year!
